Travel itinerary:
Day 1
Zagreb – Transfer to the city center
Arrival at the airport, meet the driver, transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Zagreb, Hotel Dubrovnik.
Day 2
Zagreb – City tour
After breakfast, walking tour (2-3 hours) of the Historic Center of Zagreb and its main attractions, the Dolac market, St. Mark’s Church, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Parliament, the Government, Ban Jelačić Square, the Green Horseshoe, etc. Overnight in Zagreb.
Day 3
Zagreb-Bled-Ljubljana-Zagreb
Day trip to Slovenia (2.5 hours, passport required) to Lake Bled, visits to Bled Castle and the island (included in the price), free time to try the famous Bled Cream Cake at the Park restaurant. Travel to Ljubljana (40 min), free time to visit the Slovenian capital, Prešeren Square, the Triple Bridge, the beautiful Congress Square with numerous historical buildings such as the University of Ljubljana, the oldest Philharmonic, visit to the market, possibility of visiting Ljubljana Castle or the Cathedral. Return to Zagreb, 2 hours. Overnight in Zagreb.
Day 4
Zagreb-Plitvice-Zadar
Trip to Plitvice Lakes (2h), visit (3-4h) to the Upper and Lower Lakes, boat trip on Lake Kozjak, after the visit, free time for lunch or continuation to Zadar (1.45h). City tour of Zadar (1h), Cathedral of St. Anastasia, Church of St. Donatus, Calelarga Street, Greeting to the Sun and Sea Organ. Overnight in Zadar.
Day 5
Zadar-Trogir-Split
After breakfast, trip to Trogir (1.5h), where we can visit its Renaissance buildings around the Cathedral of St. Lawrence and the charming narrow streets that date back to the ancient Greek colony. In the afternoon, arrival in Split. Visit to Diocletian’s Palace (2h), the historical center of the city of Split, capital of Dalmatia. Let’s explore the city’s rich history and visit its most important landmarks, such as the Cathedral of San Domnius, the Golden Gate, People’s Square, and others. Overnight in Split.
Day 6.
Split-Dubrovnik
Free time in Split. Continue to Dubrovnik (3.5 hours). Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 7.
Dubrovnik – City Tour
City tour of the city known as the Pearl of the Adriatic. We explore the historic center, one of the best-preserved medieval centers in Europe, admiring the city walls and its numerous palaces and churches, the Franciscan monastery, Dubrovnik Cathedral, and the Rector’s Palace. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 8.
Dubrovnik – Transfer to the Airport
Departure from the hotel to the airport. End of services.
